A general concern for clubs is how much of their income goes on wages. The target is that it is no more than 60%. The graph below shows how everyone is doing. It is clear everyone knows of the 60% target, and is working towards it. The two extremes of Hibs and Hearts show very different approaches from clubs based in a financial city!
